Let us advise you on how to unlock the full potential of your home.
What measures are available?
There are various measures that differ mainly in scope, objective, and technical depth.
1 Renovation
Superficial improvements and minor repairs, such as painting, wallpapering, replacing floor coverings, or sanding parquet floors. It primarily serves to refresh the appearance and is often carried out when tenants change.
2 Renovation
More extensive measures are taken to remedy serious damage and defects to the building structure, such as the removal of mold, dampness, cracks in the masonry, or the replacement of leaky windows. The aim is to restore the functionality and safety of the property.
3. Complete renovation
A very comprehensive renovation, usually down to the shell, in which all technical and structural elements such as roof, walls, electrical systems, plumbing, and heating are completely renewed or modernized. This brings the property up to the latest technological standards.
4 Modernization
Improvement measures that go beyond mere damage repair, e.g. energy-efficient renovations such as insulation, installation of modern heating systems or windows, to increase living comfort and reduce energy costs.
